Immunization Report for Medisoft

Providers are mandated by state law to report all immunizations administered to children to the state's health department. Providers must fill out a paper form or go to the state's website and manually key in patient demographics and immunization information. There is now a report that will export all the required information from Medisoft that can then be easily uploaded directly to the state's website! That's right, no more re-keying all that information. The process now takes minutes compared to hours of manual entry.

This Medisoft Immunization Report is currently available for those on Medisoft version 15 who report to Arizona State Immunization Information System (ASIIS). There are several other states in the process so be sure to check back often or request your state if you are interested.
